History
 Saving Paws Animal Rescue Inc. was formed on June 15, 2006 by Michelle McRae and a small group of animal lovers in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Michelle has been rescuing and caring for homeless, abandoned, sick, injured and special needs pets for more than 13 years on her own.
We received our official 501(c)(3) letter in September, 2006.
In the last 6 months of 2006, we adopted out 125 cats and kittens and 3 dogs. And we are well on our way to saving many more homeless pets in 2007!
On September 15, 2007, we celebrated our official one-year
anniversary!
