Zoey

Zoey is doing so well and is having lots of fun with us…she absolutely loves the water.  She doesn't even care if her ball is in the water - she just loves jumping in and swimming…She's the sweetest girl :)

Zoey entered her 1st "Dock Dogs" competition today!  She came out a 'Qualifying Senior' with her top jump at 18'1"!!!  The Senior division is dogs who jump between 15'-19'11" . . . She's telling us that she'd like to make it into the Master division next time :)  She had a blast and is now wiped out.

Cricket & Daisy

What a happy day for us! Cricket and Daisy are doing great.  It's like they've been with us for a long time.  No issues or problems :).  They sure are a hoot to watch when they chase each other around the house or play.

--The Wagners

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Buddy

Just sending you a note to let you know that Buddy is doing well. He's healthy and happy - goes to daycare twice a week and I take him to the park on other days. The other night, I gave him a bath which he didn't seem to love but was a very good boy. I'm very happy he's a part of my family :)

--Bridget H, Menasha

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Julio

Hi Saving Paws!  I wanted to let you know that things are going great with Julio!  He took no time at all to adjust to life with Tom & I and has been very well behaved since the first day he came home.  We love him very much and couldn't be happier.  He loves camping and even got to go on his first swim.  His first vet visit went very well and he's almost down to a healthy weight thanks to many walks and no table scraps.  Julio is a very active little guy and loves to go hiking, to the dog park and to doggie daycare.  Thanks for everything and thanks mostly for Julio!

--Carly, Tom and Julio

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Shorty

I just wanted to email all of you at Saving Paws and thank you so much for our new addition.  Shorty is more than we could have ever asked for.  I think he adopted us instead of the other way around.   My daughter just absolutely adores him!  Our cat Barney is really a great big brother, lol!  They wrestle and chase each other all the time.  They get along great, and are quickly becoming the best of buds!  Shorty will walk around the house if he doesn't know where Barney is, and meow until he finds him.  I hope you get the attached pics to see how much we love him!  Thank you again!

--Angie B

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bodi (formerly Bobbie Sox)

We just snapped a very cute picture of Bobbie (who we now also call "Bodi") and thought we'd share it with you.  He's fitting in very nicely!  His shyness really only lasted a few days, after which he became the beloved, affectionate little holy terror that he is today. Our other two cats Ling (15) and Steve (14) find him pesky, but they are very intrigued and do tolerate him well, as you can see.  :)

--All best wishes, Dominica

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Masha (formerly Spree)

I would like to send you a couple pictures of Masha (Spree).

She is doing very good. My other cat finally excepted her. So they are having fun together.

--Thank you, Olga

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Blue (formerly Jellybean)

I just wanted to write to you and say thank you for helping us add a wonderful new family member to our home. The cat's name was Jellybean when we adopted her. She has since been renamed Blue, and she is doing fantastic.  The kids adore her, and she loves the attention they give her.  Even our first cat Izzy has really warmed up to her.  They sleep next to each other, and they tear around playing at night.  They're having a blast.  Even though it's only been a few weeks, we already can't imagine what the house would be like without her. Thank you again for everything!

--The Egonut Family

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Snickers (formerly Pixie)

Hi all at Saving Paws, A few weeks ago at All Creatures Animal Hospital you had an Adopt-A-Thon. I fell in love with a little furry Tortie named Pixi. Scrappy her big sister was not to thrilled with me and wouldn't even come by me and that just broke my heart…but after talking to many people they told me to give it time and see how it goes. After about a week things were getting better and I was relaxing and two weeks after the girls were playing.  It's a hoot. Many have said that is Scrappy's "mini me".  Snickers is doing very well and happy to report the girls love each other now...they like to play hide and seek and we are having a blast. Thank you again and God Bless!

--Amy A., Appleton WI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bunny & Elsa

We just wanted to give you a quick update on our two new little babies. We could not be more pleased. They are wonderful, gentle kittens and we really feel blessed. They are so affectionate, both to us and to each other…Elsa also gives baths to Bunny and to both of us if we will sit still for it. They both alternate between running, jumping and pouncing to falling in a heap in their bed for a nap. When we sit down with them, they are immediately in our lap, purring as loud as an adult cat. We just love them!

Thank you for considering us for adoptive cat parents for these two bundles. They have been so much fun and a huge help with us working through the loss of our other two cats. No cats can take their place of course but we are already bonded with Bunny & Elsa and looking forward to making many memories with them in the coming years. Thanks so much for all you do.

--Keith & Bobbie T

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Walter (formerly Jammer)

Just thought I would share a photo of Walter (aka, Jammer) with you and give you a brief update.  Walter is an absolutely amazing dog.  We have spent our first summer at camp and had a great time.  He is good with the kids and loves all the open space to run around.  We are still working on getting him used to swimming.  Next summer I think we may put a saddle on him and let the girls ride him like a horse.  He has grown to be a big boy. Thanks for all you do with Saving Paws!

--Rob & Kim R

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maya (formerly Daisy)

Maya is doing absolutely wonderful!  She melted into our lives - and hearts - immediately! She loves her new home and we love her very much.  She is so friendly and sweet and listens sooo well.  She is such a good girl and gets lots of love.  I think she was afraid when I brought her to the vet that she was going to live somewhere else  again, when she came back home I know she was relieved!  Thanks so  much for bringing us together.

--Karen P

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Leo & Lilly

We adopted Leo from Saving Paws in July of '07 as a kitten and as you can see he has turned into a beautiful adult cat.  He is one of the smartest cats I've ever known.  He always comes running and chirrupping when you call his name and he is fascinated with running water... We adopted Lilly in June to be a companion for Leo.  Lilly, bonded right away to Leo and now they are inseparable.  It took a while, but she is finally bonding with us too.  Now she begs to be picked up and loves to be carried around the house.

Lilly was not the kind of cat that was automatically friendly to people...she needed to be won over; which is why she probably wouldn't have had much of a chance of being adopted from a regular shelter.  She has been a great addition to our family and a great example of why it is worth it to give animals a chance at life.

--Dave and Colleen G, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lefty & Stewie (formerly Snoopy McLove)

We just wanted to send you a note and let you know how much we love Lefty & Stewie. Lefty greets everyone that comes in while Stewie hides. Both these fellas get along so well. They clicked from the beginning. We feel truly blessed to have them in our lives. They both love to talk & snuggle with us & each other. Thank you for the opportunity to bring these bundles of joy into our lives!

--Heather & Jeff M, Appleton, WI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bella

Bella she is wonderful. She is eating, drinking and using the litter box very well.  Our dog is doing well with the adjustment too.  He is learning how close he can get to Bella.  I am sure that when she gets more comfortable things will be better. Thank you so much for our new family member, she is just wonderful and we love her.

--Jennifer

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sarah & Shadow (formerly Puffaroo)

Just wanted to drop a little note to let you know how Shadow and Sarah are doing…We are having lots of fun…Sarah was the love bug on day one and Shadow got top honors on day two. Now they are both lovers and purring up a storm. We are loving the attention they are giving and we give it right back!

Sarah loves to play with almost anything you give her, and Shadow is a love bug and spends a lot of time in the bathroom sink. Thanks whole big bunches!

--Allen, Sheri, and especially Parker!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bubbles

Thank you so much for everything. I was very fortunate to have Bubbles brought into a Saving Paws foster home. She had an extremely clean, healthy environment, lots of socializing and playtime and a comfy place to rest. I appreciate everything you've done and everything you do…they are the most affectionate, playful kittens with wonderful personalites and they may not have been if it weren't for bringing them into a foster home. She is adjusting well and is spoiled as ever. Thank you so much for everything.

--Stephanie

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Henry

Henry is now a part of the family.  He has his own room in the house that is now the 'house rabbit's' room.  Today Mike made him an enclosure outside.  He is such a dear.  He is 'free' but under absolute constant supervision, not to think he free roams!

--Janice and Mike

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cheddar (formerly Theo)

I just wanted to give you a little update on my kitten.  His original name was Theo, but I debated and decided to change his name to Cheddar--in order to compliment his orange fur.  He's quite the character and my family has grown to love the little guy.

--Valerie S

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jetta (formerly) Kitzy

I love that cat! She is so special to me. She sleeps with me every night and any other time when I need to go to bed during the day. Her hair is like silk, her eyes are the color of jade, and she purrs so loud that you know she loves it that you're holding her…this barn cat has decided she doesn't miss the country life at all.

--Elaine M, Little Suamico, WI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gucci

We will continue to update this as he grows and let you know when major changes happen :) Gucci was at Companion Animal Care a couple of weeks ago, and checked out in good health. We have an appointment set up with them for neutering - Gucci is really looking forward to it

--Patrick & Kristy

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ruby

I just wanted to say thank you for letting us adopt Ruby. We absolutely love her to pieces. She is a great new member to our family. She brings us such joy.  She makes us laugh a lot with her doofy behavior and she always has such a sad look with her droopy eyes and wrinkly forehead.  She loves to go for her daily walks with me in the morning and the kids in the afternoon.  She has learned to sit, stay, lay down and shake.  Everyone who meets her falls in love with her wonderful personality.

At night we all have been taking turns sleeping with her, she loves to cuddle up with you in bed. You didn't tell me she snores though. LOL. At night before she goes to bed she has to check to make sure all three kids are in bed before she will settle down and in the morning she takes great joy in waking them up with kisses. Thank you again for such a wonderful little girl.

--Sally G, Neenah

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Onyx (Formerly Oz)

Just thought I would e-mail you some more pictures of my little baby, and let you know how he is doing. Well he isn't really a "little baby" anymore! He getting soooo big sooo fast and I’m loving every minute of it. He is the star of every public place that I bring him to and people up north at my cottage just LOVE him to death. He is even more of a little love bug and cuddler then when I got him. He is spoiled rotten with many toys, which he takes each and every one out everytime someone comes over! I think that he does it just to show off how spoiled he is. He just adorable and I love him to death!

--Malerie S

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cosmo (formerly Zander)

We wanted to share with you again how grateful we are to have found our puppy through Saving Paws.  Cosmo(Zander) is doing wonderful.  She has plenty of energy to keep us all on out toes.

Cosmo has been a wonderful addition to our family,  she is fully house-trained at 5 months and she is such a quiet puppy,  We have about 10 dogs in the neighborhood that love to bark, Cosmo just sits in the front lawn and looks around…She sleeps through the night and has grown to a healthy 31 lbs already.

--Terri Ann and Rob V

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tawnie

Tawnie seems to love it here. She has a habit of leaning her head over the landing of the steps and watching us wander around downstairs. She truly is a purring machine like you said. She starts to purr just because you sit near her. She's truly a sweetheart. ..She loves to be by us and will even "risk" an encounter with the dog to curl up next to us.

--Ginger and Kimberly

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bert & Ernie

They are so great!!  We love having them here and are going to continue to give them time to adjust to their new settings.  We gave them some mice to play with, and they have had fun with them.  They are also eating and drinking well. Thank you again for helping to bring Bert and Ernie into our home.

--Jennie

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Duncan

Hello, just wanted to drop you a line on Duncan.  He has adjusted amazingly well.  We had zero transition time with him.  He has become very much a kids cat.  He plays with toes as they walk by and tries to catch their legs.  He loves chases up the steps and his tinkle balls.  I think he is very happy here...He sleeps with the other cats on the child’s bed of his choosing for the night, and even eats breakfast with the whole gang.  He has really enjoyed exploring every nook and cranny of our home.  He comes up from the basement with cobwebs on his ears, just as happy as a clam, and then lies in the middle of the living room carpet so I have to vacuum around him.  What a guy!

--Debbie S

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cali (formerly Willow)

I wanted to let you know how our little Gal is doing. She is growing fast.  She is healthy, and that is most important...She is VERY feisty and happy.  She talks A LOT!  Not only barking but talking, which is neat.  She is quite a lover, but only when she wants

to, if she doesn't feel like it you know it! Casey loves her and she loves him, very cute…

Enjoy the pictures and thank you again.

--Christine

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lucy Lou

Everything is going just fine!  Thanks for checking in!  Lucy Lou (aka. Lucifina, Lucyanna...I have all kinds of names for her!) is adapting quite well!

So far we've gone to a couple of pet supply stores, to my friends houses, my parents house, out and about in the neighborhood and even up on the counter top!  She’s moved right in finding tons of places to sleep--my bed is her favorite!  I've been crating her overnight just so she doesn't get up and roam around and she's slept soundly each and every night!

Lucy has really been my little shadow during the past week and it's almost weird to imagine after only one week what it would be like to not have her here!  I watched Oprah's Puppy Mill tv special with my parents this weekend and good Lord did that hit home!  It just reinforces all the good things organizations like Saving Paws does for these awesome little guys and girls!

--Heidi M

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Blackie

Blackie is adjusting well…He played with the ball in the scratching pan and then he decided to lay down in my cat”s bed and here he is. My cat didn’t even mind that he was in it. I think things will go smooth... He really loves watching the fish in the fish tank.

--Karen K

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ginger (formerly Missy)

Hi, I just wanted to give you a quick update…She is adjusting just fine…She's been sleeping at night on my bed.  Saturday night she kept waking me up to see if I was still here, but Sunday she slept through the night.  I think she is liking it here.  My son thinks it's funny that when he lays on the bed, she crawls right up on his neck and settles in.

--Beth G, Oneida WI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Odie (formerly Lucky Dog)

My boyfriend and I adopted Odie a year a go this month and I just wanted to give you an update. He has transitioned to our home wonderfully and has become such an important part of our family. He is a 16# cuddler who loves kisses and his ears rubbed. Him and our older cat, Israel, still are not the best of friends but they tolerate each other well. We still have yet to understand how anyone could give up such a wonderful boy but I guess everything happens for a reason!

We are so happy to have Odie in our lives and we want to thank you for running a such a wonderful organization that saves the lives of so many beloved animals.

--Jena E and William K

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Little Lover (formerly Mindy)

WE are happy to tell you that we have found a match!  Mindy walked right up to us and kisses, kisses, kisses.....the kids love her and we have decided to name her Little Lover!  She has not even hidden since she has been home....right now she is sitting on my lap!  I love her as well.  Happy new owners of a TOTAL Sweetheart!

--Lisa W

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jazzabelle & Mollie

Hi! Mollie and Jazzabelle are doing so well! Jazzabelle comes when I
call her name, and Mollie has been getting more and more friendly... and they both have been sleeping by me. I love them so much!!! Aren't they adorable?? I am so glad I adopted them.

--Emily V, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Buster (formerly Skittles)

We LOVE our dog!  He is still SO good, and the kids thank God every night in their prayers that we found Buster and that it all worked out that we got to bring him home.  He sleeps with Jake right in his bed every night and they are BOTH in heaven. He is just such a wonderful dog.

We LOVE him!  Thanks again for putting us together!

--Jodi and Michael D, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Emma

Emma & Mika are doing so great! Emma has adjusted really well; her tail never stops wagging! I think she's realizing that we are her forever home. Emma is more relaxed and just seems happier overall. Since Mika has a full-time buddy now, our hyper yellow lab is a mellow sleepy puppy now. They play outside and tear up the backyard for hours! Then they come in and snooze on "their" chair in front of the fire. They were meant to be together.

--Alicia & Paul

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chester

We have given him lots of love and he seems to be warming up to us.  I even woke up after a nap on a recliner last week to find him sleeping on my lap! He’s still no huge cuddler, and he may never be, but that’s just fine with us.  He’s a wonderful addition to the family!

He is wonderful with the kids, and though he will never admit it, we think he loves them.  Thanks for all you do and thanks for our newest family member!

--Mark, Angie, Jason and Allison M

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ruger (formerly Kody)

He is doing very well, adjusting to our schedules very well. We have renamed  Kody to “Ruger”, and he is starting to get the hang of it.  I am also trying to teach him “sit”…he’s a bit thick-headed but very loveable!  Everyone at the Vet’s thinks he’s gorgeous.

He and Eve are bonding very well…I’ve taken them on a few walks together…and people ask what breed he is because that short tail confuses them!

We are very glad to have him, and we will keep you in the loop!  Keep doing such a good job with those fosters!

--Michelle, Eric, Eve, Ruger & Pita

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Evelyn (formerly Baby Smudgie)

We have been having some great snuggling times. She's snuggling me back with her little head butts on my feet and legs. She'll get up or slither all around while I'm petting her and then settle down right next to my leg, and head butt me some more. Oh, of course lots of belly rubs. She purrs like crazy…

--Jayne B, Green Bay

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Shiloh

Hi, I adopted Shiloh in January after seeing his handsome face online. I think you may have named him that because he was so shy, but not anymore! He's a talker who is very social and easy-going with the other kitties in the house, which was really nice to see. I just wanted to let you know that he's doing well, and seems happy in his new home. It was fun telling people I found his personal ad online...Thank you for all the work you do.

--Gina B, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maggie Mae

She is more than we could have ever imagined!!!!!  She is an absolute doll!!!! She and our Shih Tzu, Scooter get along like they are long lost friends. I think her favorite part of being here was jumping in bed with the girls and kissing them awake this morning.  You and your family did such an amazing job with her. Maggie is just an incredible dog and we are so thrilled to have her in our family.

Thanks for everything,

--Holly M, Green Bay

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Annie

Annie is doing amazingly wonderful.  She is such a snuggler and lover. She is still adjusting to our two year old, but she has taken to our three year old very well. When there is crying from either one she comes running from wherever she is to see if everything thing is okay. And the most amazing thing that I have seen from her is that she lets me pick her up and hold her while I am standing up and she never wants to get down. She is a welcome addition to our family and she has not stopped purring since we picked her up.

Thank you for all that you do for these wonderful pets.

--Kurt T, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Penny (formerly Nemo)
We are having a great time together and I'm so happy that Michelle matched us together. Penny is the perfect cat for me. She is sitting in my lap and purring loudly right now.

Hope all's well. You do wonderful work that doesn't just benefit cats, but people as well. Thank you all very much!

--Sean K, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tweek
She is doing GREAT! The kids love her and so do I.  When we got home I let her out onto the top of the cage play gym and Howard immediately started saying "pretty bird" and giving her the wolf call.  She stayed on her end of the perch and ignored him and tried to nap but he would sneak up to her and peck her to wake her up, and then bow his head down to try to get her to preen his head but she would just peck him and run him off.  It is so funny… She is such a good girl, and she will be very loved here.

--Auna Z, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bella (formerly Dancer)
Thank you so much for "Dancer".  We renamed her Bella because we put a little bell around her neck so that we could find her. She made our Christmas!  The kids just adore her. She loves playing with them. Her favorite thing to do is hide and jump out when they walk by...  She is very energetic which is good with five kids always trying to get her attention. Attention deprived is not something she'll ever have to worry about....

Again, thanks so much, she truly is a part of our family.

--Kendilyn B, Wrightstown, WI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Harley (formerly Ebony)

I just wanted you to know that Ebony now named Harley is doing very very well. I even got him a little Harley Davidson collar and name tag. He adapted well… almost seemed right away! The moment my Mom brought him home he never went to hide or seemed scared! He has caught on to his new name already and is a very cuddly and loving boy. He curls up at night by my Mom when she sleeps and purrrs loud. Also when either myself or her neighbor friends comes over he comes out right away to say hello... He seems happy and talks a lot. It is so cute cuz his voice is so quiet. We are sure happy to have him in the family!

Thank you so much for your organization and the work you do!
--Sue and Sandy B

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

George and Mr. Purr

I just wanted to send you a little note to let you know that George and Mr. Purr are both doing wonderfully here. They have completely adjusted for family life and their new schedules. They are both very gentle with the girls, but definitely know how to get away when they do not want to be bothered. :)  They have both proven to be my babies (making my hubby a bit jealous), as they both vie for my attention in the evening and seem to love laying with me and watching TV.

We love them both very much and they seem to be loving their new home and lifestyle as well….I am thankful for your uniting us with our new family members…Thank you again for everything!

--Julie H, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sweetpea
Thank you kindly to Emily, for going to get Sweetpea from Wausau, and to Michelle for giving Sweetpea and so many other cats a chance at life.  We are very grateful to both of you and also to everyone that helps out. We brought Sweetpea home... She is very playful, such a sweetie! Thank you again,

--Carl

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Poof Poof
Just thought you'd like to know that despite Poof's energy, we and the Christmas tree survived the Holiday. I really love that little guy. He sleeps right by me every night. Our tortoiseshell cat, Marblee, likes Poof well enough as long as he obeys her rules…Anyway, I love it when I have both cats sleep with me. Don't know what I did to deserve that! :-D

So anyway, I really like Poof Poof, so you can't have him back. :-)

--Elaine, Little Suamico, WI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Salty and Pepper

Just a note that the “brothers” Salty (the Himalayan) and Pepper (the Maine Coon) continue to be so loved by us and their adopted cat brothers.  Their individual personalities have flourished and they make us laugh and smile with their antics.  Salty has gotten very attached to me and is everywhere I go…Pepper loves attention, too, but most of all he enjoys playing hide and seek with his brothers…After all the running and playing they do, they all curl up together on my bed and sleep (more like borderline comas) for hours and hours.

Life is very good for them and us, and I continue to be so grateful to Saving Paws for allowing us to bring them into our lives!

--Joy C, Iron Mountain, MI

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Trapper

Trapper is doing great! You were right treats work well with him. He now sits, lays down, rolls over, gives five, shakes with both hands and even gives 10's! He's a wonderful dog...I've been walking him daily and he stills pulls, yesterday was a huge improvement in our walking routine. I pull him back and say heel and he seems to really respond well to that. He is also great with the baby, he doesn’t get too excited around him anymore and give him kisses if he's crying…

I couldn't of asked for a better dog. Thank you.

--Amanda R, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tassie

Tassie is a very happy kitten! I just love her so much and I'm so happy I found her. She is growing so much! When people visit they say she looks like a totally different cat from when I first got her! Her fur is thick and soft, shes got a big belly on her! :) She is so friendly to everyone she meets, even other cats!

I hope all is well at the shelter and you are getting all those little kittens happy homes!

--Jessi P, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abigail (formerly Ariel)

We renamed her Abigail because she is a gabby girl. She has adapted well to our home and is doing GREAT! Thank you for all you do for the animals and the owners.

-- Holly N

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sage
Sage has not stopped purring. I took her to the vet and the vet had to take her out of the room to see if she ever stops purring.  Everyone there complimented her on how sweet she is …All three of my other cats took to both of them right away, not even a hiss or growl out of anyone, it was just meant to be! She does not lack for attention, my sons and daughter spend hours playing with them.

--Kerry G, Appleton

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jean Claude (formerly John), Connor and Ted

We renamed John Jean Claude (or Clawed if you prefer the obvious joke) but we call him JC. He's adorable and gets along with the other two older cats (Conner and Ted, Katrina rescue cats who were also adopted from Saving Paws) just fine. It took them a few days to warm up to him since he's quite the ball of energy but they play together and he has definitely helped to bring them out from under the bed. We're almost to the point that they'll let us touch them. I sneak a pat or two when I'm feeding them. In any case, I think the "get a kitten to lure them out" idea has worked. Thank you!
